“Is there a pool?,“ Lukas asks, as I show him the new location. “Almost.“ Right above the entrance to ÖBV, there is 
a room with a circular layout, located on the first floor of the tower that adorns the building at Hegelgasse 14 and makes it visible from  Schwarzenbergplatz. It is designated to be a space of inspiration, artistic synopsis and creative exchange. Each relocation marks a new beginning. Will it be possible again to build a community, instead of people working next to each other? Once again people from Vienna and all over the world are in creative exchange and enable critical discourse. They have discovered common grounds as well as differences, and not just in their artistic practice. A space full of possibilities and opportunities has emerged – and it’s a personal enrichment to accommodate these processes. (Katja Stecher)
