Anita Witek took some time to tell us about the experience of her solo presentation at Vienna Contemporary from September 26 – September 29 2019.

vienna contemporary for me was a great experience, especially the first day on which the exchange with interested people was overwhelmingly numerous and most notably really good. In the last years I already had the opportunities to do solo presentations at art fairs in London, Brussels, Rotterdam and Turin. Because Vienna is my hometown and I’m, as of yet, not represented by any local gallery, my gallery in London l’étrangère took steps east. It was a big joy to make my works accessible for a Viennese audience also within the scope of an art fair.
