Meet Viennese artist Lisa Großkopf. With a formal background in graphic design and photography, she prefers materials and media such as artists’ books, installations and photographs. Her projects tackle the social uses of photography, particularities of human behavior in the digital world, interactions and features of public and private space, as well as issues from the realm of sex/gender/heteronormativity.
One of the things Lisa Großkopf loves about her studio at das weisse haus is its large display window!

If you are a photography enthusiast, don’t miss the exhibition “Belegkontrolle” (Peter Piller) at the Kunst Haus Wien. Presented in cooperation with Fotomuseum Winterthur, Städtische Galerie Nordhorn and Kunsthalle Nürnberg, it reflects on the potential of raw visual material and the omnipresence but ever-shifting nature of meaning-making imagery.
